The app

Kurir is an email client. It connects to the mail account and calendars you add, and the developer does not run a mail service. Your provider's own terms govern your account and your mail.

Subscription

Kurir is a subscription, by the month or by the year. The price is shown in the app before you buy. New subscribers get a free trial: one month with the yearly plan, one week with the monthly plan. The trial is offered once; any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Kurir Push

You may install and run Kurir Push on machines you control, for your own mail accounts. You may not sell it or pass on copies of it, changed or not; point people to the official image instead.

AI providers

AI features use the provider you connect, under that provider's terms. Any charges from the provider are between you and them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kurir to send spam or unlawful content, to try to get into accounts or servers you have no right to, or to disrupt the notification relay.

No warranty, and liability

Kurir is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost mail, lost data, missed notifications or other damage from using Kurir or being unable to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Law

Swedish law applies, without taking away the protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.

Changes
